The project is an extensive remodeling of the original residence (from the 1980s). SwiftSure Timberworks worked with the general contractor, Eric Laursen Building and Design, to supply and install timber trusses in the master bedroom and great room, along with the timber beams and rafters in a new pool house building, heavy timber beams supporting the kitchen ceiling, and timber beams and rafters in the guest bedroom wing. All timbers were Douglas fir FOHC, RF dried.
